Transparent fees.
A flat 5% platform fee for startups and 10% for freelancers — currently waived for early adopters. The only extra is Stripe's card-processing fee, shown in your total at checkout. No subscriptions, no connects, no bid credits, no surprises.

Freelancer profiles carry portfolios, ratings earned from completed LiftOff tasks and an optional ID-verification badge — so you're choosing from evidence, not promises.
Pay when you approve.
You fund the task up front, LiftOff holds the payment, and it's released only when you approve the delivered work — all powered by Stripe Connect. If something's wrong, raise a dispute and the money stays put while we resolve it with you.
